Life is meant to be lived to the fullest…swallow experiences whole. Travel often. Meet new people. Cherish new experiences. Get lost in the moment! Try everything you can and exhaust yourself in the process! Do this in the name of the glorious pursuit of life! (adapted and modified from a quote by Lawrence K Fish)
For as long as I can remember, travel has been my passion. I would be planning trips 2 to 3 years in advance, slowly paying money down towards each one! I couldn’t imagine a life without exploring new places! Perhaps, long before I knew about the bucket list, I had one in my head.
Slowly, one by one, items are being crossed off the lists. New ones are being added. There is no shortage of things to do, places to visit and cultures to explore! What about you? Are you always on the lookout for the next thing to cross off your list? Below are the links to my published bucket lists….check back often….the lists keep growing.
If you find any of the lists useful, feel free to share on twitter, facebook, pinterest or any of your social media sites! Inspiration for many travel dreams came from the wonders of social media – it is a great dreamers tool! I also encourage you to share your bucket lists in the comments below! Let’s live the dream together!

I too enjoy traveling and would normally plan at least a year in advance. I would do this to give myself enough time to see what I could see in the places I was going to. I didn’t like the idea of coming home from a great place like Rome to find out that while I was seeing X site that there was something really interesting only a couple blocks away that I didn’t know about. Sometimes this would lead to hectic days but I didn’t mind. I have always thought planning is the key to a great trip but as I get older I trim down some or the things I want to see but still keep everything I want to see in mind just in case I don’t stay at one site as long as I thought I would and have a little extra time.
